Webbed Skatepark Guide

The skatepark is Webbed’s loudest optional room: a pink bird, a board, six floating letters, and a sticker that lets Buddy ride anywhere later. It is easy to miss, easy to fail by dropping the board, and easy to confuse with a story beat. It is not required for the balloon. It is required for Learn 2 Sk8 and the skateboard sticker in the sticker book.

How to get there

Two doors, one room. The calmer route is through The Anthill. In the housing / circling-platform hub, look for a metal door with a lever. The bee-side path in The Canopy also connects, but that biome has more forks and it is easier to wander into pollen instead of pavement. A one-way tunnel links the skatepark to anthill screen 11; if you drop through, you may need a woven ladder to climb back.

On the world map, the park sits as a side node, not a story checkbox. Dark until you enter. White when letters and the obvious sticker are done — the redback spider in the breakable wall is a separate hunt.

Skatebird’s challenge

Talk to the pink bird. Accept the shred. You receive a skateboard. The word WEBBED appears greyed on screen. Six letters float through the ramps. Touch each letter while you are on the board. Any order. A countdown (about ninety seconds) starts after the first letter in many builds; some players report the trophy still pops if you are slow. Play like the timer matters. If you lose the board, web it back. If it vanishes, talk to Skatebird again — that resets letter progress.

Do not jump off the edge for style. Do not laser the board. Hold F / interact if the prompt asks you to grip. WASD steers; silk is legal for recovery as long as you land on the deck before the next letter. Falling on your back costs the traction that the timer cannot spare.

After you spell it

Learn 2 Sk8 unlocks. The skateboard sticker lets you spawn the board in The Tree and, with a cheeky grapple, turn it into a joke flying machine. That trick is limited; do not expect it to replace leaf gliding in the canopy. The park itself stays as a playground. Skatebird will hand you another board if you want to mess around without the letters.

Secrets in the same room

Top-right, behind wood you can laser, a redback waits for a sticker conversation. The anthill tunnel is a shortcut, not a collectible. If you came from Hats and stickers looking only for the board, leave after the letters and come back for the spider on a completionist pass.

Why this page exists

Players bounce here for three reasons: they cannot find the door, they reset the bird by accident, or they grab letters off the board and wonder why nothing counts. The walkthrough mentions the park in passing. This page is the full verb list. Webbed is already released, single-player, and short; the skatepark is extra joy, not a season pass.

If the letters will not highlight, you are not on the board. If the door will not open, pull the lever, not a silk zip into the frame. If you still feel lost, return to The Tree moth, then take the anthill housing loop clockwise until the metal door shows up.

Letter hunting without a minimap

The park is one tall room with stacked ramps. Read it as floors. Bottom letters sit on the first pipes. Mid letters hide behind a quarter-pipe you can silk onto. Top letters want a jump-release from a swing, still landed on the deck. If a letter despawns visually, you already have it — check the grey WEBBED display. The map will not number each glyph. Your eyes will. After the sticker, you can ignore the timer forever and use the room as a physics toy. That is the point of optional Webbed: a complete story, plus a hidden half-pipe for people who refuse to log off.
