Webbed Wirm, another Sbug critter

Wirm is Sbug Games’ December 2025 physics climber about being a tiny worm. It is not Webbed 2. It does not add silk to Buddy’s save. We keep this page because searches for “Webbed sequel” and “Sbug next game” now hit a worm as often as a pill-bug.

What it is

Steam app 1934870. Released 9 December 2025. You wiggle a soft body over obstacles, chew dirt, hunt underground trinkets. Steam Deck Verified. Reviewers called it short, tense, and storybook-bright — ScreenHub joked it is the Dark Souls of worm games while still recommending it as a sweet, patient climb. Very Positive on Steam in the early months. Price sits under Webbed’s list.

How it relates to Webbed

Shared DNA: small Brisbane team, cute invertebrate, physics as the joke and the skill. Different camera, different verbs, different length. Webbed is 2D silk and lasers in a bush. Wirm is a squishy climb that can invite friends on one sofa or through Steam Remote Play Together. This wiki will not copy Wirm’s full guide. What it is not

• Not a patch for Webbed. Patch notes still end at v1.03 and the 2022 consoles.
• Not Isopod. Isopod launched 21 October 2025 as a 3D pill-bug spin-off in the Webbed universe. Wirm is a separate critter.
• Not a Roblox obby. Not a mobile port of the spider.

Sbug’s Bugs, briefly

Steam sells a studio bundle that has discounted Webbed, Isopod, and Wirm together at times. Buying the bundle does not merge sticker books. Official posts live on X and the links hub. If you came here hoping the balloon DLC dropped in 2026, it did not. The bush is complete. The worm is extra.

Tone check before you click buy

Wirm asks for patience and a willingness to look silly. Webbed asks for aim and a willingness to help ants. If you loved the moth’s balloon, you may still bounce off a worm that inches up a cliff. That is allowed. Sbug is not a franchise with one combat loop. They make invertebrate toys. Watch the trailer on this page. If your shoulders drop, buy it. If you only wanted more silk, stay in Web Mechanics and the skatepark until the sticker book is loud. Then, if the bush still feels small, Isopod is the universe sequel and Wirm is the palate cleanser. Neither patches the bird. Neither needs a codes list. Both are store pages you can close if Buddy is enough. The balloon still needs a moth, three colonies, and your silk. Start there. Finish there. Then wiggle if you want.

After you have already 100 percented the spider

If your sticker book is full, the skatepark letters are green, and the bird already ran, Wirm is a reasonable next buy from the same Brisbane backyard. It will not teach you better silk. It will not restyle Buddy. It will not reopen The Tree. Treat it as a palate cleanser: a short climb, a different physics joke, a store page you can close if the first minute feels like waiting in dirt. The review page still describes Webbed, not the worm. The system requirements page still describes the spider’s 250 MB install. Do not mix those spec sheets. Do not wait for a 2026 balloon DLC that does not exist. The bush is complete. The worm is extra. The pill-bug is extra. Buddy still needs a boyfriend in the first save you should actually finish.
